Before Lighting

• Trim the wooden wick to 3–5 mm before each use (including first use). This helps avoid soot and ensures a clean flame.

• Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials.

• Avoid placing candles in drafty areas, near open windows, fans, or air conditioners.

While Burning

• Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar on the first burn. This prevents tunneling and extends burn time.

• Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

After Extinguishing

• Let the wax cool completely before moving the candle.

• If needed, wipe the rim of the jar to keep it clean and aesthetically pleasing.

• Re-trim the wick before the next use to maintain performance.

General Tips

• Jesmonite jars are not dishwasher safe. Clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

• Do not use the jar for food or drink after the candle is finished.
